Participating in X1KRA activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

By participating, the signer releases X1KRA, its organizers, members, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages, even if caused by negligence.

The participant agrees to indemnify X1KRA against any third-party claims arising from their participation. X1KRA does not provide insurance, and each participant is responsible for obtaining their own coverage.
